First off I love this site and just about everyone on it. I have been reading and gathering information from fellow growers. I've decided I'm gonna grow in soil indoors, starting with an AF strain, because I dont want to try cloning yet. I purchased my seeds from Attitude. I bought 5 Easy Ryder seeds, and received 5 freebies (Lemon Skunk, Kandy Kush, Pineapple Express, Exile, and Blueberry Gum).

I plan on growing two or three plants at a time in soil (Fox Farms Ocean Forest and Light Warrior), in two gallon pots under a 150 Watt HPS on a 20/4 light schedule. For nutes I have Dyna-Gro Flower and Bloom (cheap and fairly good). Im sure this should go well and produce hopefully a few ounces..

My grow room is a basement room which runs around 75-80 degrees year round. I plan on constructing a small grow tent and cloning station before I get started on my photoperiod plants.

As far as watering I think I will only need to water every 2-3 days throwing in some nutes probably every other water or so.

I think thats about it, I dont have any pics(camera broke). I hope I explained myself well enough, so that I can get some feedback from some of you guys.

Thanks and Happy T:eyesmoke:king! bongsmilie

Yeah I really do want a 400 watt light but they were so expensive and I decided on the 150 watt for 90 bucks.. I will surely keep you and everyone else on RIU posted!

I'm using CFLs for my first grow, but I saved this link from another post I saw. It's a 400w that is switchable from MH to HPS for just $155 on Amazon - and it comes with BOTH bulbs too! I plan to get one for my second grow, so I can use what I've learned on the first try with some kick ass lighting. If you can come up with the extra money, it would surely be worth it at harvest time...

Awesome find with the light! Yeah this grow is definitely gonna be a learning one for me, I usually just plant seeds outside and let the earth do its thing. Im sure I could dig up some extra cash for my next grow so I can have some kick ass lighting! Happy Thanksgiving!
