Newb's first grow C99 X 2

Whassup friends? Today I got my ppm meter and a pair of Fiskars trimmers in the mail. I proceeded to trim off the flower sites close in to the stem because I figured that those were just a waste of energy that could be better used elsewhere. I knew that trimming was work, but not that much work haha. Man I tell you though quality trimmers are worth their weight in gold. Anyways last night they looked a little sad so I watered them then checked on them 2 hours later and they were water logged. When I checked on them today, BOOM they were all nice and happy. I also transplanted Lemony Kushness from her solo cup into her 3 gal pot. She looks small to be transplanted, but when I pulled her out, the roots were already wrapping around the bottom of the cup and were sticking out through the holes.

Those look good mate one looks a lot taller ....

The small one will take a stretch now hopefully now it's in the big pot

I have to see how this turns out.

The one is WAY taller than the other. Probably about 8 inches taller actually. Different pheno's I suppose haha.

MMMMMmmmm update time! So it's now week 4 of flower and they are coming along great! Altered my feeding schedule to feed-water-feed-water and it seems to be working. The stretchy one is going to have one massive cola by the end of it. Also they are starting to frost up.

Kinda Puff. Keep in mind I am a complete newb and this is my very first grow ever. I'm learning as I go haha. I tried some initial LST to try to get some light to the under growth and I think it worked. There was a noticeable spurt of growth underneath when i did. I completely fucked the FIM because pfff I had no idea what I was doing. I flipped at approximately 9 inches and one grew up to 30 1/2 inches and the other is at 38 1/2 inches. Right now, strechy's main cola stand a full 17 inches above the rest of the canopy. That is going to be one massive phallic of a cola. They're doing great right now. Still green and 4 1/2 weeks in. I'm happy.

PS: I need a digital PH meter for christmas. I have the paper strips, but I'm slightly colorblind so I can't really use them. Also it's snowy here and my local snow has a PPM of 49. And I'm high and drunk. Merry not-quite-yet-Christmas #themoreyouknow

Merry Christmas Eve everyone!!!!!! We are now at week 5 of flowering. These ladies are getting thirsty as hell. I guess bud development takes a lot of light + H2O. Beefing out like mad though. I'm thinking I might get 3-4 zips out of these two. Lemony Kushness has started to grow rapidly and it's about time. The tips are starting to yellow on the newest growth so I guess straight FFOF is too hot. I hope everyone is having a fantastic holiday season and I wish you all the best.

Every time I open the door to my growing area, I am greeted with the fruitiest dank smell ever. Smells so good...Anyway, here have some pot porn. The last pic reminds me of Coruscant for some reason.

Whew, long day! The pistils are juuuust starting to dry up and turn color. When I came home from work tonight and walked into my grow area, one whiff and all I could smell was pot. They're starting to stink up the place, good thing I live alone!

Happy New Year friends!! Still chugging along these two are. The pistils are starting to turn orange and shrivel up so I expect these buds to fatten up in the next two weeks, then its chop time!

They really look tasty! How many days of 12/12 have they been under? How tall are they?

Currently 6 1/2 weeks of 12/12. The tall one is ~36 inches and the shorter one is ~ 28 inches. The tall ones main cola is getting so heavy that I had to tie it up to keep it from falling over.
