Newgrower need help(asap) please 4weeks plant almost die

can someone tell me what's wrong with my baby??
in her first 2 weeks,she's doing ok but then in 4th weeks it goes suddenly wrong
my baby look like this,it's been a while

Your soil looks like it doesn't have any aeration material in it(perlite, vermiculite, etc)...how often are you watering it and how much? What kind of soil is it? What are you putting in there for nutrients? It looks stretched as fuck...how hot is it in that little tent with a 400watt light? What kind of 400watt light? We need a fuckton more info man

thanks for the respond man,,,yeah i know,,,,i'm new in this,,,,i don't know anything,i don't even know what kind of infos i should write
hm,,,,,what kind of soil is this??honestly???i don't know,,,,i just use soil,i bought from store,,,so would you tell me what kind of soil mix i should have?
at first i was using light bulb,but then my plant steched,,,,a lot,,,,,,and then i bought a new light(it doesn't seem to be the problem),i'm usually watering every 3 days
the temperatur is around 25c = 77f
i use ionic formulex for the nuts,because i heard that it is a good one
