Straight from the horses ass. I had a walk through with the local Sheriffs this afternoon ( meter reader reported growing activity and marijuana smell ) had a visit the other day giving me a notice of inspection from a local LEO. Well I had my walk through today and everything was legit and he actually complimented me on how nice and neat and clean everything was. I asked him a few questions and one was what the law was on collectives..the answer surprised me. He said they actually PREFER collective grows. Only thing is, You can have as MANY cards as you want....but only a max of 45 total plants. vegging or flowering, with each plant CLEARLY marked with patient name. Anything over 45 is apparently grounds for Federal time...No thanks.
