What do you prefer, Aeroponic sprayers or NFT tubes?

Id like to hear your experiences with either.

Used both methods---my preference is aero for this reason:

The major advantage of water culture over soil is more oxygen to the roots---and the most efficent method of doing so is aeroponics.

Do you have to fight with the roots tangling up around your misters and such in aeroponics ?

No tangling with the sprayers because the spray line is held high in 6" tubes.
