not sure i think so. a constant flow of a thin layer of water
any one els out there who can let him know how a nft works?

i normally have it on constant flow and have never had any problems

You can run it either way. A guy on here is running it both ways atm moment for comparison..
He uses channels not a table and found less then 10L/min is ideal, the industry standard is 1L/min apparently..
