So far I've placed probably 4-5 orders with them. Never an unacceptable or unreasonable delay and always well communicated on their end. I've gotten "Very Limited" Gage releases with no issues. Though as a general rule of thumb in dealing with any bank, if it's something special or a limited drop I complete the purchase immediately not wasting any time. Best to browse and get a purchase together on paper first so you know exactly what you're ordering and you aren't reading description while the 50 packs they have are flying of the shelves in less than a couple minutes in many cases. Also, never a pale or suspicious bean in any pack, nor any suspicious or tampered breeder's packs.
Just remember it's still a dark-greyish market with no real regulation and no matter where or who you do business with, you run a risk. I've been burned by banks before and have cursed many a name in the process, many times it's someone people like and have a very differing opinion of, as such they are entitled.
-remember just cause people are jumping off bridges doesn't mean you have to as well, It just means they really don't like you and will do whatever it takes to get away from you.
