The little soil girl is coming along...
New PH meter will be here tomorrow or the next day so I'll be doing a flush and upping the nutes then on the rdwc setup. So far everyone is looking happy!
What PH meter you getting? cost? Let us know what you think of it

Good luck with the White Widow, I grew one WW from seed, Feminized from Nirvana and it hermied on me. No real difference in nutes between it and the AK48. Which is also feminized & a true female Felt bad when I had to chop the WW was looking forward to it until it grew balls!

New meter came... Calibrated it then let it sit for about an hour in the rez took it out and checked the calibration and it was still dead on. So far it's lookin' like a good grab off ebay for like $20. We'll see how long it lasts LoL
The pen style ones I was buying kept needing to be recalibrated since I wasn't properly cleaning and storing them after each check (since I'm a nut and check shit 12 times an hour) so the probe style should suit me well as I can just hit "On" and see where I'm at.
I've got plenty of strips on stand-by in case though! I'll be using them to periodically check to see if they match, if the calibration slips I should catch it.
Upped the PPMs a bit more to 500 since the girls have been responding well to the gradual increase.

Put in the 2700k for the next 5 days and started adding a bit of their bloom nutes to prep for the flower transition. The two 125w CFLs put out 5k lumens each and this one hit 12k lumens so should be fine with just the one for another week or two. Going to be interesting to see how I hang these other reflectors soon, pretty limited hanging space so I may just clamp them onto something... Ordering my other bulbs this weekend probably. Going to throw them into 36hr dark before I start the 12/12 for a bit of a jump start too.
Little soil girl is going to go into another room to stay on 6500k for a couple days then get thrown into the 12/12 early with the DWC after the dark period.

Yeah from what I've read on other forums and heard most people including the commercial guys initiate flowering with a dark period like that... look around there's quite a bit of info on it I thought it was pretty interesting.

Just finished my NL grow. Used Ebb and Flow/T5's and I'm super pleased with the results for my 1st grow. The NL took some abuse but still did well. Make sure you have a plan for the colas, mine got so heavy they would fall without support.

Great to hear man! Yeah probably just going to tie up any that start leaning too much... One day at a time still though. I'm so eager to get them flowering!

I will certainly do some research and thanks for the link to 1000bulbs. They don't ship to where I live just yet but apparently they will as of Nov 20th. Will be placing an order for sure as those prices are GREAT.

They're tied to the side of the net pots, but now that the canopy is evening out I'm going to let the tops fight it out
