Nirvana northern lights day 29 flower - purple pheno?

Hey guys, just wondering about the colour in my NL.
she is starting to get a tinge of purple in her leaves and are very dark. and some of her lower leaves are starting to yellow slightly.

is this normal for this strain? Should I be worried about the lower leaves yellowing at this stage?

I'm hoping I've got lucky and got a good pheno, the smell is amazing and a lot of bud forming.

At first glance it appears as though the colour is due to a lot of N in your fert. What are your nighttime temps? This can cause purpling..

She's only had flower nutes and I'm growing in a DWC so she shouldn't have to much n.
Its just coming out of summer here in aus so the temps have been high, the lowest I have recorded was 72 last night.

That deep green color is screaming too much nutes. Colors like purple really wont show until the last week or two and its the buds not the leaves.

Thats what i thought, although I've had no signs of nute burn, my ppm is ok, and the dark colour is at the very top of my canopy.
Shes due for a new res swap-out today, so I will ease back a little with the nutes.

Under the hps light the colour is completely different.

1500 ppm at beginning of last res swap 10 days ago, I top up with fresh water every two days and swap res over every ten days.

I have 14 different strains and never go above 1000ppm in aero and 650ppm in dwc. 1500 is very high and although as you stated they are not burning but they are having issues.

But for the record, NL can definitely get purple. Colder temps may bring that out, not hotter ones though. And usually later in flowering. I know nothing about hydro though...
