Was that a blueberry or bigbud cross that your referring to?
It is more likely that you just got a useless pheno type variation than basic food/clothing grade hemp seed, nirvana would be lynched if they sold hemp seed out as nlxbb.
I have seen this even in my own crosses where 10 seeds all from the same plant mother and father display radically different tendencies.
I always grow the best and ditch the rest but it does happen.
Having said all this for all i know nirvana are ripping people off,i seriously hope that they are not and i don't really believe it myself and i find it much more likely that they are trying to run a whilst totally wasted on weed and making mistakes:mrgreen:
lol yeah , i agree ive had nothing but good look with them ya know.. i mean great genetics and always recieved them in a timley manner.

Northern Lights X Big bud.....ask anyone who has grown this. If I recall Mr. Drizzle grew it....ask him if he'll ever grow it again.

Sounds possible that they did not test enough of the seed stock and that when you do that it is possible especially for f1s that display all the worst features to get into the mix of seed.
I have never grown that variety so i wouldn't know but it is highly unlikely that you were sent food grade hemp seeds:blsmoke:

anybody???
Most of my original seed stock was from nirvana and i had no cause to complain but i did not buy directly from nirvana and i bought them years and years ago.
If i were you i would just wait and see what happens and hope for the best:blsmoke:

That strain is like that nat, it is around the level of hemp and thats no lie nor is it f1, you will find that little of what nirvana does is actually f1 which is why the prices are so low, snow white and white rhino by them are f1's but the rest are f2's or even lower.

I can't honestly knock nirvana as a breeder though, never had trouble with germination on their seeds and the plants that come up generally turn out good, the only thing i ever could complain about for them is that nl x bb is junk and blue mystic is a dodgy strain cus i got a few hermies off it.

Yeah does seem to be a lot of complaints about nirvana especially lately.
I only ever got males from my blue mystic,so far i have never seen any hermies, fingers crossed.
It is so strange that a company would release such a shitty crossbred strain and shoot themselves in the foot, very odd indeed.

Bigbud was never very strong and after i used it in my breeding i had to recross some much stronger strains back into it,not that it was ever as crap as hemp, but if you use bigbuds structure and size in your crosses you do need to spend the extra time to stabilize the weed and then recross some high strength white strains back into it.

I bought my first nirvana seeds 8 years ago and they were good back then but i haven't purchased anything from nirvana for 5 years or so,so i dont know what they are up to these days.

My own mostly indica has the size and structure of bigbud and a dash of blueberry blue in it as well as other strains and hits the mark just fine but still needs a bit more resin and crystal production so im going to cross it back into a hashberry and see what happens.

Hopefully nirvana can sort its seemingly many problems out, seems to me that if they dont they will be losing a lot of business in the future:blsmoke:
