Go to a drug, grocery or gas station, you can get visa, mastercard and amex, you tell them how much you want. Its like $3.95 for $25, $4.95 for $50 and $5.95 for $100 and you use just like a credit card!! Good luck... go with the Dr., he ROCKS, ordering another right now....
