Nirvana White Widow Grow

Hey guys, this is my first grow journal. I have five plants right now grown from Nirvana's White Widow seeds. They're planted in Miracle Grow soil and are under five 26 watt cfl's for now. I doubled up plants on two of the three pots because of limited space. There is a little heat burn on a couple of the leaves but I have put up a fan since then, so life is good. Any comments or suggestions are more than welcome. And I will definitely be posting better pictures later. Today they are on day 13 of veg.

Alright, so I just got back from being out of town. I'm on day 18 of veg. Before I left I made sure that the mari-jane plants had plenty of water (I also made sure that they needed water right before I left). They looked great; seemed to be growing right on schedule. The only problem was that there are more burn marks on the edges of some of the leaves. I'm not really sure what to do about that. I don't think it's a major problem or anything, it's just frusterating to see my awesome looking plants have any flaws. I moved the lights a little higher right before I left too, so that the plants wouldn't grow into the reflectors and get too hot. The fan was constantly on the whole time too.

So today I re-adjusted the lights (within an inch of the plants), watered them good, and moved the fan closer (3 1/2 feet away). I was thinking about misting the plants to raise the humidity and maybe cool them off a little, but I have heard rumors about plants getting burnt when there is water on the leaves and a lot of heat. So any suggestions would be much appriciated.

Also, I do not have the M-JP's on any nutrients yet. I usually just let them take nutrients from the soil for vegging, and THEN start them on nutrients for flowering. But what I'm getting at is that the burn marks can't be nut-burn, so I'm not sure if its just too hot or what. :? I know that larger CFL's, like the 42 watts (which I have a few of for flowering), can burn plants, but I didn't think that the 20-somethings were strong enough too.

I'm about to put up some aluminum foil to reflect more light back to the plants and maybe some curtains to conseal the whole operation a little better. So until my next post, Happy Toking! :weed:
