Nitrogen Deficiency or Nute Burn?

Im starting to get a little confused because some are saying i have nute burn while others are saying is needs more food. heres a pic and tell me what you think. PS the noticeable white spots are most likely the epsom salt spray i gave it for mag

using oasis wet foam as an experiment to see how it goes roots are through the foam and the foam is about 1" above water level, ec was reading really high between .9 and 1.2 and ph was between 5.5 and 5.9. Ec wouldnt change much but ph would slowly climb

the 5.5 is after ph downing it, it would slowly climb throughout the day likely cause is my hard water

Nutrient burn usually won't show signs that extreme unless u really went overboard usually you will just see signs on the leaf tips..definitely looks like a deficiency think it May be more than just nitrogen tho

what brand of nutes work best without changing the ec much? i have gh flora 3 part right now and should i do a full dose of the micro?

Pretty hard to without changing ur ec but really just follow directions I usually start on 3rd to max half strength on my youngsters, weak weak foliage spray would help as it can be instantly absorbed by foliage
