Super new to this but I bought a book and been on the internet for a couple days. No sure what this is. I was just feeding water for the last week, and Monday will be the start of week 3 veg. 
Nitrogen or magnesium deficiency?

What kind of soil? What were you feeding before the last week? More info needed.

So I got the clones on 12-31-17 and transplanted into solo cups with ffof on 1-1-18 and fed them with a full dose of remo nutrients at 5ml a gallon (micro, grow, velokelp, magnifical). Noticed in a few days that the leaf tips were pointed down. So on the next feeding I diluted the nuits with water and feed again a few days later. I kept them in the cups for about a week and then transplanted into their final pots (5gal) and fed them just water. I have been feeding them with just water for about 9 days or so and just noticed the leafs doing what their doing. So last night I fed them with nuits but I only did 7ml in about 4gallons instead of what it said on the bottle (5ml per gal...so 20ml of micro, grow, velokelp, calmag). I only fed them bc from what I was reading it looked like a magnesium problem and the cure was calmag.

Just fyi I did my ph at 5.5 the 1st feeding. Since reading that was to low I have corrected that to about 6.5 every time I water. I tested my run off last night and the 6 plants ranged between 6.2 and 6.5

I will raise my ph up to 6.8-7.0 on the next watering to raise the ph in the soil a bit. My temp stays between 79-81f and RH is between 43%-53%

Not sure what lights you are under, could be the light is too close, indicate by the yellowing from the tips in, and the slight clawing
Could be the start of a calmag issue but it's not really bad or positively identifiable to me. Maybe someone else can help us out .
Stop the fluctuating with the ph, ph your water to 6.2 to 6.5.p every watering , instead of the swing
Feed at 25 percent and raise until you feel suitable , just go with your 3 basic nutes for now

and if they are still in the pots in the pic, I believe they need to be up potted, so possible root bound?

I just planted them in those pots 6 days ago and they are 5gallons. And I've been keeping my ph at 6.5 except the 1st 2 feedings

An ok I can see the pot size sorry I should of read more thoroughly
I really just think it's just a little transplant shock and they need to get acclimated to the soil, keep watering when needed, let pot get dry in between watering, no nutes yet, then in a week introduce them, that's what I would do, see how they look in a couple days if they pick up when they feed off the new soil

The ffof should have plenty nutes in it for now without needing to feed, stick to the KISS method, instead of all the amendments right now

Well my opinion shouldnt matter cause your in dirt
but i think they just need 3 days to bounce back
You mention your ph was pretty low
Probably made a slight lockout . Due to the purple on your stems but your mid leaves are green enough
Drooping is proably due to over watering.
I have 0 exp with ff soil or any real soil
But i would just let it be for 3 days and let your medium dry out some
Then give her some plain water at ph of 6.3 but i dont know if this is right for soil
Then monitor. Hopefully the purple on your stems stop .
Then if thats the case. and they still yellow the bottom MORE. Then i would feed.......
But from what little i know about ff soil is its HOT for seedlings . So id definitely proceed with caution as far as feeding it anything.
Till you know for sure its actually hungry and not just locked up
