How did you come to conclusion It is nitrogen deficiency? we need alot more info. Lighting, grow medium, nutes, nute schedule, ph, pot size, how often and how much water.
give that info and get better help. I have a feeling what it is but need more info before jumping to conclusions.

As mentioned by R1b3n4, a Mag def is something to think about. Your in Rockwool, which doesn't really store nutes/minerals and the plant looks to be about a month and a half, 2 months old which is prime time for that def to show up. Get some CalMag+, which will take care of the def, and boost the N if that is a concern. You need the CalMag anyway, if you are not using it. Advanced Nutrition B-52 will also help to get minerals to your plants which is very important when using Rockwool. Good luck.

I think its nitrogen deficiency because the lower branches stay clustered, it wont grow. Now you guys mentioned it, seem like some mag def too.

Vegging in an 4×4 ebb n flow, before transplanting to 6inch rockwool. I flood the cubes with 5.5 ph and superthrive. After that, I hand water every 2 days.

Using the follow nutrients:
GH micro 5ml
GH grow 7ml
GH bloom 3ml
Calmag 3ml
Sensizyme 3ml
Diamond nectar 5ml
Floralicious 1ml
Hydroguard 2ml

Why does the stem look like its coming out of a wet scab? Theres some issue with your method or there wouldnt be such a disfigured and unsightly hole. It looks like its infected with the Ebola virus. Watering and feeding are questionable and the fact that theres no light guard over the wet slab of algae growing media concerns me. Hope they work out but i gotta say, with the laundry list of things your adding, you shouldnt be difficiant anuwhere.

LMAO Alien, jeez it's not the GH that is causing this, plant looks starved or burnt, i agree that the medium looks anything but a medium, it looks like old concrete

It's definitely not a nitrogen deficiency. You'd have more general yellowing, not lush dark green new growth. The slight leaf curl on the younger plant looks a little N toxic... and the overall droop makes it look overwatered. The yellowing and dying from the bottom up looks like root rot to me... your problem is likely in your medium, not the feeding. Too wet. It also looks like that lower leaf damage happened a while ago, and they're in better shape now.
