NL 44 Days Flower. How much longer?

Hey , Growing Northern lights for the first time. I changed lights to 12/12 44 days ago, my setup is 2X600w HPS cooltube lights There grown in soil using Xtreme nutrients Flower A & B,I have mothers and clones in flower. i got a couple of question.

How much longer will they need.. i wanted to harvest around Feb 4-7?
i got a bit of i think its potassium def, should i worry and try and fix it or?
and when should i start flushing?

i'd give it a good flush once you start seeing some hairs changing color and then just fresh water

I have seen some hairs changing colours and shrivling up it has started at the bottem and is about like half way up with all buds below the middle with about 70% orange hairs, i was hoping to harvest feb 4-7 does that sound reasonable?
