NL & B-52 seedlings at 1 week old advice needed(pics inside)

Well these are my babies at 1 week old. They are in 1.5" rockwool cubes that I dip the bottom of the rockwool in until they weigh approx. 30gr. I know they streched like hell under my 4 18" T12 flouros. so I moved them under 400 watt MH which seems to have stopped the strech. The light is about 12" above tops of plants and temp 75-80 degrees F. I'm just using plain ph adusted tap water as of now. Please any advice or things I should change is appreciated. Thanks .

everything is...........so far so good ... cute litte sprouts

yea very cute but look a bit on the stretched side....But could also just be a fast growing sativa if thats what it is,

So they should be alright even though they are streched? Im assuming the 400watt MH will keep them from streching and bush them up?

So I should wait until the third set of leaves grow out until I feed nutes, is that correct?

Ive read that 3rd 4th sets of leaves till they need feeding. I have 8 orange bud seedlings going under the 400 MH 18" from the top and theyre very stout and green and seem to be doing just fine. I was going to use t5's during theyre seedling stage but stuck with the 400 watt.
