Judging by the talk of medical MJ in New York the laws are going to be the most conservative in the country. Only people with severe terminally ill physical pain will be prescribed it. The co-signer of the bill says it gives quality of life to people who are robbed of it by drugs like oxycotin and other pain killers because of the sedation, yet many psychological drugs do the same, and were left in the dark.
