there is NO FISHING allowed in this thread. trespassers will be violated. :eyesmoke:



caught a few so far this year. the water level is dropping while the temp is rising. fish are just moving onto beds and starting to spawn. you may note the slightly tattered tail on one of the hens i caught. the smallmouth are "off the hook" crazy. every time i hook one i swear i have a 12 pounder.

Season hasn't started for me yet, just waiting to get on the water.

Ever do such a thing FDD? It's more a thing for clearer/tropical waters

Rad lake pic bro. Im an ocean guy myself. My season is going well. two legal halibut, one legal WSB. The WSB are all over your neck of the woods right?

what on earth is a wsb?? i'm a lake person myself, but i watch a lot of ocean fishing on tv, but can't seem to figure out what wsb stands for..

and god, i know fdd'ed hasn't been around much lately, but what an amazing looking lake he's got there.. i would kill to live near a body of water that looked like that..

nice one dizzle.. i was thinking sea bass, but i couldn't come up with the w part of it, so i had figured the sea bass part was probably wrong then too, damn it, lol..

i've only been fishing one or two times this year, but caught fish each time. .been itching to go today, and this thread isn't helping very much..

Large northern fishing is heating up here, lots of 6 to 7 pounders, some above 10.

Walleye fishing on the Missouri river is my absolute favorite though.

nice, i would love to hook into some nice walleyes.. fishing around my way is kinda beat.. mostly large mouths and pickerel and sunnies and crappies and, well that is about it, lol.. unless of course i venture to the beach or go out in the bay or the ocean, but i don't do well in boats.. i spent almost the entire stripper trip puking my guts up.. only came out long enough to hook into a 20 lb, 40 incher and won the pool, than i went back inside to continue puking some more..
