if there is a god why have we not seen any god like things only science like or should i say related things in what about let's say 1000 years so you guy are telling me that god created aliens................god created another race outside ours to hurt us.....?

Divine cosmos is where its at. I actually believe that! Humans were born with a conscience mind and a "feeling of energy" if you will. When we wonder about something long enough, we get a feeling or a deep energy that leads us to the right idea. kinda like a dog has his instinct. Well its the same with humans, except we are on a much larger scale as far as thoughts. So when we wonder about where we came from.. our instict tells us. When your sitting in church and the preacher is preaching.. you dont really actually give a fuck what hes saying, your just ready for 12pm to roll around so you can get the hell outta there. well thats all part of human instinct. When you get high and look up at the stars on a dark lonely night, your instict kicks in and it will tell you exactly where we came from and why we are here.

Well for zurces that went on that rant up there I get you point of view and where your coming from with your idea's on the whole thing, other than them mistaking dinosaurs for monsters because humans didnt exist at the time of the dinosaurs but w.e lol.

Jesus was a real man that I agree, was he what the bible made him out to be? No. The bible was a collection of storys and fables written by people that was put together by the catholic church some few thousand years after jesus even lived. Its a amazing book of fiction it still is a good book as it has many good values to live by in it. Thats how it should be used to teach and instill good morals and values. Nothing more. Not to make you believe there is a god, and all those storys are true and if you dont follow the bibles rules and teaching you will burn in a fiery pit called hell.

Religions are not true and just. There are hundreds of different religions, who's to say just one is right. Humans created religions in a time without science, we had to have a way to explain things we did not understand becuase we feared what we could not understand. If i was to believe a religion i would be more incline to believe in a religion that was one of the first ever for mankind like the sumatran's. It would make more sense that a religion that was created closer to the begining of time for man would be more accurate than anything after.

Even still I dont believe in any religions, just science and the facts. As the younger generations grow up in the world of science and facts and our strive to learn and prove more of what we know nothing of, religion will soon fade. Humans will find peace in knowing the truth of how the universe operates.

Questioning and theorizing is what leads to the greatest discoveries. As food for thought to leave you with if you are still debating if religions are true and just. Imagine this... out of the millions of galaxies containing billions or trillions of planets, whats the odds our planet is the only one that contains life? Probally pretty slim and its fairly safe to assume its likely there is other intelligent life out there. Now ask yourself whats the odds that those race of intelligent biengs believe in the same religions as here on earth? considering all of earth's religious storys take place on our planet and mention only our species. Pretty slim its a religion that spans the galaxies. So if there was a god or all knowing force why would it choose just our planet, our race to bless us with its all mighty wisdom, and say screw the rest of the universe. I highly doubt it would.

If anything our race got the idea of a god or almighty bieng from a more advance race that visted our planet long ago with its superior technology and maybe even influenced us a little. Not saying thats what happen but a possibility because i highly doubt we are the only intelligent race in the universe and I highly doubt we are the oldest most advanced as we are on a fairly young planet in a fairly young galaxy

One time a regular ole dude was visiting the barber.

They got into a discussion or arguement about God and Religion and Beliefs.

The barber argued
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS GOD,
IF THERE WAS A GOD, IF GOD WAS REAL, WHY IS THERE ALL THIS MURDER AND POVERTY, AND HATE AND WAR?

The regular dude tired of arguing and did not respond. He got his hair cut and left.

After the dude was outside, he saw a long haired bum, walkling down the sidewalk,with long hair and a scragely beard.

He returned back into the barber shop, approached the barber and said

I JUST FIGURED OUT THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS BARBERS. BARBERS ARE NOT REAL.
The barber said

HUH??? WHAT YOU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS? WHAT MAKES YOU SAY THAT???

The regular dude responded

IF BARBERS WERE REAL, WHY ARE THERE MEN WALKING UP AND DOWN THE STREET WITH LONG MESSY HAIR THAT NEED A SHAVE AND HAIRCUT?

The barber answered

Roseman said it. We are not here on earth to just hang out and hope to get lucky. Each of us have purpose. I believe that we are commanded to consistently be focused on not what can be done for us but we can do for Him through His guidance. His guidance can be found through acknowledging Him first in all things that we do and applying the word of God at each step in our lives. I personaly lived a very frustrated, unfulfilled, and sad life until I really gave it a chance. It truly changed and continues to change my life. God is the most real thing I have ever met.

You said absolutly nothing IMO. You can seek seek and seek but YOUR ending in delusion just like all the rest of the thousands of religions and "faiths" that have died out and are currently followed. Isn't it interesting how many different religions there are in the world and many are totally different than christianity and all the past religions that people followed. Christians always love to laugh at those silly Greeks and Romans, I mean how could they believe that silly stuff, gods living under the sea, killing people, destroying cities ect (ironic). We call dead religions myths. WAKE up people "god" is a MYTH.

When I "let go, and let God", my entire life changed, and for the better too. I battled DEPRESSION for 9 years, and now HE is my prozac, my medicine, my healer, my comfort, my strenght, my best friend and HE is always there for me.
