word. i appreciate the quick responses sir. im gonna do some pricing and see what i can do. already dreading the though of how much this is actually gonna all come out too when all said and done just thankful i have the equipment already
I spent 10k on mine and I only use 4500w, that's including a veg room. That's doing the work myself. My last grow I hit 6.5 lbs with 2 x 1000w DE. Doing that shit right costs money, but the payoff is worth it. 18 years of experience didn't hurt either.

It's a scrog on a recirculating top feed with 1/4 inch rockwool cubes in pots. GTH#1, which is a big yielder. Co2, quest 105 dehumidifier, 36k mini split. Captn's GH Flora recipe with Recharge and Mammoth P. I keep perfect VPD the whole grow. I'll post a pic next time I run GTH. Right now I'm growing out some Cornbread to find a mother.

I went from only being able to pull half of that until I understood VPD. That alone improve my yield substantially. My environment is so spot on that I can strip all the fan leaves ofF in veg and they will re-leaf and be bushier in less than a week. It will blow your mind. I do that for better plant structure.

One thing I have learned about trying to maintain VPD levels with a minisplit thats pushed to the max.

The evaporator coil has the tendency to freeze up since the RH% is probably in the 60's and the AC is cranking at full all the time to hold the temperature. When the coil starts to freeze up the cooling capacity is reduced. I am running into this issue as my 4 ton unit is maxed out and running a higher RH% causes it to freeze up, then the room spikes and backup cooling (ventilation) has to kick in and side lighting kicks off due to high temp shutoff). Get the humidity down and the coil doesn't freeze up. So it can be an issue raising the RH% to maintain proper VPD when the AC unit is maxed out.

I haven't had this issue. I have a DYI MrCool 36k. gen2.. Plus mine is way oversized.
