We may not like it, but it's sure smelling like the way it's heading, at least initially in ON.
a) Ambrose has no say in this or anything else for that matter, she can make all the noise she wants but she had her turn and fucked it up. She's just temporary background noise until they put someone else in there.
b) Wynne wants the revenue ASAP (which lends itself well to at least make the LCBO one option for distribution, existing infrastructure/network and all that). JT owes her and has already indicated the provinces will have a say in how this (and other initiatives) play out. She'll use that owe-me chit to get the LCBO distribution option. I wouldn't be surprised if this was part of the negotiations before she put her support behind JT during the federal election.
