operation green harvest is a marijuana eradication program. there are a shit load of growers on the big island that grow even when the choppers where flying around. now imagine for just one year the state denied the funding for the choppers to fly. everyone is going to be growing. you could go there and get rich quick.

Cool. Not only is eradicating pot not a concern, it's such a non issue they don't want to be bothered just with the noise of a helicopter for the task.

two green thumbs up

I dont know what you guys been hearing but the truth of the matter is that green harvest still flys hard especially where I live. By the looks of things they dont seem to look like their slowing down. There are still so many pot busts on the big island but if someone with accurate news on the abolishment of green harvest please let me know.

Hawaii County stop accepting Federal Grants for marijuana eradication but the DEA and State DLNR still fly eradication operations.
