Within the last week or so I'm unable to access the bar with Bold, Underline, Fonts, LInks, Re-do, Smiles, etc. etc.

Help please.

You see a setting wheel in tab? Click it

Exact thing happened to me too. mustve accidentally touched the icon. luckily i accidentally fixed it and found the solution.

Should unlock it
