Feed growth fertilizer up until the 4th week after the light was switched to flower. Once the plants have stopped the stretch....They've grown to the finished height. Becomes an officially adult plant. Then start a flower fertilizer.

They'll show bud starting around the 2nd week in flower but the plant is still multiplying in size and producing more leaves. The plant doesn't go full effort producing bud until it's done expanding itself...to support the production of buds.

Natural fertilizer should be high in potassium right more p-k and sulfur? If so what fertilizer is a good recommendation, I use down to earth products no liquids besides ful-power and blackstrap molasses. and should the feedings be 1 a week, twice or randomly for the first 4 weeks?

I just switched from chemical salt to organic. I also feed using teas. Growth tea, I use high nitrogen bat crap. Flower tea, I use 'Doctor Earth Flower Girl'.(It stinks. Not the most pleasant of smells)

How many times and when you feed them is by look of the plants. Keeping in mind that organics have some slow release nutrients. It's one of the tricky parts of growing cannabis. It's all on the grower and the feeling that get from the plants.

I top dressed with Crab Meal and EWC immediately after flipping to 12/12 and starting at around week 3 or 4 I started hitting them with Fish Hydrolysate. King Neptune makes it and I highly recommend it. I also use as few liquids as I can, only using the same products you do, but Fish Hydrolysate is great stuff. Has a nice 2-4-1 NPK if I recall. I picked the stuff up because I was growing 8 different strains, all for the first time and so I wasn't sure which ones would be heavier feeders if any at all. Some of the strains I had were in fact heavier feeders and had I known I would have amended the soil accordingly, Hydrolysate is great for when that happens and it is pretty light stuff. I only used a tbsp per gallon, worked out quite nicely for me and can't recommend it enough.

If you're using dry amendments and top dressing (sounds like you are), not more often than every 2 weeks for the first 4 weeks (2 feedings), and then monthly.

Besides other stuff my main P and K sources are bone meal and kelp meal and some EWC on top of the top dress as per @Yodaweed
