No white hairs on buds?

Im 4 weeks into flowering of my northern lights x G13 outdoor organic grow (1st grow!)
The buds are growing but one of my plants has no white hairs coming out of it for me to watch as they change color.

Is that normal or a problem? My 2 other plants do have those white hairs...so I dont know what's up. Plant doesn't seem like a male as I don't see any pollen sacs in case that's a factor.

Man it's so hard to share pictures without a macrolens or loop :(
I looked up pictures of hermies and I certainly don't see those big pollen sacs but on some buds there is something different. I would describe it as:
  1. lime green (whereas the rest of the plant it 'green')
  2. size of the head of a pin
  3. ballish
Other leaves on some buds of that plant are "thick"...which is maybe a banana that's coming?

I attached an image of:

I assume even if the pictures aren't conclusive, something different is bad and should be segregated T_T

I definitely sexed these a while back and everything seemed fine. This plant in question is by far my biggest plan too ;(

Stressors can cause hermie. Also forcing plants into flower can cause hermie. Maybe it’s a hermie. I don’t see any other reason it wouldn’t have hair. When the plant is pollenated the hairs pull back into the buds
