I was driven into on the 26th of Feb and have whiplash now, the man that drove into the back of me admitted liabilty and my car is fixed but Im not. So Im using a no win no fee firm of lawyers to get compensation. Has anyone else had experience with personal injury claims. Whiplash costs British insurere £125million every year in the Uk, of which a greater amount each year is going to organised crime. Gangs purposefully set up crashes and then fake injury. Im quite stiff with a lot of pain in certain positions, which in monetary value is worth £1000-£4500. If the pain lasts for a year plus then you are talkin £7500-15000!!! What would you do if the pain went away, pretend for a while longer to cash in? Or take whats rightfully yours when the pain goes away? Most people I have spoken to have said go for as muchg as possible as proving you are lying is very difficult.

i disapprove of the poll, this is what is wrong with the world in general. "Free money" well its not free and we all pay for it. take what YOU DESERVE not a penny more.

I totally agree, I do not believe in the system at all except I have been injured and according to law I am entitled to be compensated. I wont pretend, the whole liabilty thing has swept over the Uk in the past 5 years, an American import!

You disapprove but answer the poll anyhow...like your style. lol. The valium I am taking is stopping me getting stoned aswell, that must be worth thousands!!!!!

Seems a bit excessive to me, but the smile it would put on my face would make all that go away pretty quickly.. lol.

Do you have to spend any of that on medical treatment?
