As i understand it, CMH is an MH bulb that uses the alumina arc tube.
I thought most all MH bulbs have the alumina arc tube rather than the old-style quartz (like mercury vapor). I didn't think that changed the spectrum of the bulb, i was under the impression that only the inner coating of phosphor would effect the diffusion (and spectrum) of the light.
