hmm...super thrive for maintenance said 1/4 tsp per gallon, i did half of that. I'm hoping it's the nutes cause I did a flush last night with Ph'd water and then got posts saying it might be lack of nutes...everything I've been reading since said to wait for nutes until 3 or 4th node so 'm hoping they'll start to come back. this morning they looked about the same. should i remove the bad leaves or cut them off short?

Don't cut anything until after it's recovered. If they aren't crunchy they are still a nutrient supply the plant can tap into.

those were directly from homedepot.com. I may have been looking at compost and not your mix though, but I'm sure the compost is the shitty part of the mix you have. The biggest chunk of anything in your soil should be the larger chucks of perlite. Wood chunks in soil is a sign that they were in a rush and don't care much about quality. The wood chunks just needed some more time in the compost pile before being mixed in. The wood absorbs N as part of the decomposing process, that much wood in your soil will absorb a good deal of N.

Sounds like your right on i never use more than a droadditives anymore. allon whether it works or not ,get you some hunbolt golden tree secret samples from there web 7 bucks the shit is wicked and you wont need all those additiv

Ok so when I got home today they looked like they're still creeping up yellow so I did a light feeding less than half strength.
PH = 6.8 - PPM = 220
RUN OFF WAS / PH = 7.6 - PPM = 489
I thought I'd better get something back in there if it's N deficiency. I'm getting mixed reviews so I am just trying to do what I think is best after weeding through all the comments. would be nice if there was a consensus but it seems to be split.

FUN FACT: Got home today and checked things out....saw a little guy flying around in my tent and it sees I've got some Fungus gnats! Could that be what's causing these symptoms? I did see a few pics that weren't exactly like my leaves but were yellowing/browning/curling.

Your first problem is your soil mix, then you fed them way too early, then you increased your nutes (again WAY too early) and now you've flushed them and the small root systems can't handle all that water AND now you have gnats....
They look very small, do they still have the little round starter leaves (cotyledon leaves)
