Theres probably 19384754 threads like mine, but anyway I need some help.

I started growing recently; I germinated the seeds for about 4 days and planted them 2 days ago.

My lights have a combined output of roughly 3,000 lumens per 2 plants (is that ok?). Also, how often should I water the plants (haven't watered yet) and how much should I water?

what kinda lights? i assume cfl but what wattages. i grow hydro but i know seedlings in soil only need water like once ever 2-3 days. just stick ur finger in the soil and see if its moist. if its moist dont water. if its dry water. also if the top of the soil is looking hard and pulling away from the walls of the pot means its dry. dont monsoon the babies just enough for the soil to stay moist. less is always more. you cant take away what youve added. but you can always add more if they need it.

I dont know about starving. Its not good to over or underwater your plants. I usually wait until its pretty dry before watering because the roots will really grow to find a water source.

no that means its stretching. There is not enough light and/or its to far away. BAD. Bring the lights down so they are two inches away then put your hand/fingers under the bulb and see if its hot, if its to hot that your hand gets burned pull back.
