6000/110= 54.5 amps & 6000/220= 27.2 amps but for the correct formula you should use 120/240volts. This is ohms law, but amps are amps! you will still be using the same amount of electricity either way! sry, this was a reply to post #9

make friends with an electrician...good friends. That is way too much juice for somebody who "knows nothing about electricity"...........good luck

We are here to learn how to grow . Not to wire your grow for you over the internet . Can u even identify and name the different colored screws on a recpt ?
green is for ground silver for nuetral and gold for hot.......thats about all i know.
