Hey Guys,

I've been looking at lots of indoor grows and i notice most grows use chicken wire or strings above there plant, just wondering what purpose it serves.
If i was to guess it helps the plant spread out. But figures id ask the community.

Thanks

I wouldnt say most but some for sure.
It can be used to support plants but what others use it for is a method called
s.c.r.o.g
screen of green. Not to be confused with
s.o.g
sea of green
You will find a nice thread in the advanced grow section if I remember correctly.

It is well worth looking into if for no other reason than to decide if it is for you or not.
Good luck

Usually to hold up heavy bud... I use stakes and string. Sometimes mic stands when I need things go sideways.

The ones that do use it is to aid them in supporting there flowers when they begin to get to heavy and also to help them keep a more even canopy through out the whole crop
