mine has numbers on it, 1 thru 7. i'm down on 6. it's about an inch above the heating element. you have to play with it a little to get it right. the easiest way to check is to let it burn an hour them rub a fan leaf between your thumb and finger. it should feel "gritty". this is the sulphur dust. you don't want it hella heavy, just a very light dusting. so you gotta play with how hot it gets and how long you let it burn. after a few times you'll figure it out.

in the mean time get a sprayer and put 1 tablespoon of baking soda in a gallon of water and spray em down.. it will make the ph on the leaves unlivable for the mildew and keep it at bay till you can get your burner working correctly.. i would spray the soda solution, then the next day or so straight water to get em cleaned off

from what i understand, a a soiless mix like that should be 6-ish, not to much higher, not much lower.since you are more into your flower cycle it would be good at like 6-6.5...u flushing them at all or just watering a lot between feedings?
