Northern BC Skunk - Has anyone grown it?

Hi all,

So I've been searching around for some real skunk, and saw someone suggested Jordan of the Islands Northern BC Skunk as a potential seed for that old school skunk smell.

I've got 2 plants of it, one pheno is now 5 ft with leaves as big as your hand and the other is short and stumpy, barely even a foot.

There is a smell of lime juice mixed with skunk when I rub the stem and a very "marijuana" smell when I get close to the large one.

Has anyone grown this one, and is it the old-school skunk (hell, maybe even RKS) I'm looking for?

Northern BC Skunk is BC Skunk + Northern Lights. I haven't grown it but I am growing a couple Sensi Skunk #1's. I would be interested to hear how your plants turn out skunk wise. Like you I want that Old School Skunk.

These two Sensi Skunk #1's are about three feet tall in small nursery pots that hold three solo cups worth of coco. I've never grown this strain and am hoping for that old school skunk. I'll find out in a few weeks. They're a little ratty looking. They've dried out and wilted a few times. Buds are solid.

Those are a nice pair of skunks, if I do say so; especially for the size of the pots

How has the smell been throughout the grow? Those frosty girls look like they may throw a bit in the air!

They're pretty skunky smelling. Would make a great strain for Sea of Green.

That plant you have looks pretty healthy. I have a bee house almost like yours. :blsmoke:

That sounds bloody amazing, if I do say so! :eyesmoke:

If I can get some of that thick, heavy skunk stink come flowering time, I'm going to be very happy.
And yeah, I love those little mason bee houses, they are great pollinators for so much; and its a good acompaniment to my dad's honey bee hive.

Here's a couple snaps of my other pheno. It's a lot shorter and stumpier and had a weird 3 leaf mutation early on that stopped it growing taller, but since I removed it and LST'd it, it's looking a lot healthier.
