northern lights (fem sensi) need advice

need some help (advice) dont know when to start flowering only have 3ft hight doing scrog style usin 400 watt hps 37day from seed neva grown before topped 6 days ago. usin advance 3part ,dwc, dont know what else to say


there 6" tall (inch)

start the 12/12 light cycle now.
