Not Flowering need help

I used seed from bag of pot so I don't know what kind it is. I have been following instuctions from the grow bible. I'm in the veg stage using 20-10-20
The first plant was male. This plant I don't know. It won't flower. The plant is about 2.5 months old. It's 23 inches tall and 19 inches wide. I have been running 12/12 for little over 3 weeks using 400w MH. I know HPS would be better but for now I can't afford the $250.00 + bucks for 600W HPS. It's growing really fast in this warmer weather and I'm afraid I'm going to run out of room if it does't start flowering soon. What can I do to get it started flowering now.

All you have right now is time. I'm not sure why it is not flowering. Are you sure this one is not a male as well?? I would wait it out a little more. Even though I'm pretty sure you can use MH all the way through, you would've definitely been better off with the HPS (orange/red light spectrum). I don't think MH offers enough of it. Maybe throw a couple of high lumen CFLs in there as well. See what happens! Anyway, I hope everything works out for ya.

Make sure that no light what so ever is getting into your grow room.

12/12 for 3 weeks and not a sign?... shitty. u could try throwin some 2700k cfls in there, idk what else to say try bitch smackin it.

you guys are fast and good. I'll start by making sure the room is sealed better. Working on getting me some better lights.
