Not freaking out...but just to be safe (flowering)

So here's the situation...I have 2 plants that were given to me by a girlfriend of mine and it was obvious she did not take good care of it at all when given to me...there were 2 plants in one VERY undersized pot considering the smaller one was roughly a foot and the other at least 9 inches longer...both plants were in bad shape...dying leaves...alot of the old nodes had completely fallen off and if I hadn't been able to see the remnants of the nodes i would just assume it was stretched to fuck...they had alot of odd numbered fingers on the fan leaves ranging from 2 to 5,and everything between...i knew it was bad to have 2 plants in one pot but upon trying to transplant them i found the rootball was completely tangled together...so i just decided to leave them together until sexing...well i nurtured them back to better health on an 18-6 light cycle with VERY mild NSR GreenLaves Grow Juice(no dying leaves,more consistent number of fingers on fan leaves,new growth did occur)...well on the September the !2th i can upon some cash and decided to buy a 600 watt HPS light with a 600 watt digital ballast...Its been on a 12/12 cycle under it since the 12th,so about 15 days..i noticed the bigger of the two was male (sacs) and fucking slayed it...i was worried about something happening to the smaller one,like root rot from the now dead plants roots rotting,but it seemd to do fine by itself...the smaller one didnt sex for a couple days after i killed the male,but the smaller one looked kind of small....one main stem with only 3 other nodes,but the nodes were large and the plant was over a foot so i continued...the plant sexed and now it know 100% it is a female...white hairs in alot of places...but im noticing after 15 days it just keeps growing new leaves and getting bushier and producing more white hairs...im not sure if after 15 days it should be further alont then it is...if its perfectly normal...or if the plants stressful history is now causing delayed budding....let me know what you think...PICS SOON

Wholey SHIT! talk about not freakin out or nothing... I didn't need all that info like where it was born and made it's first steps ans said it's first words...lol J/K
Anyways, it's cool man, hairs will grow for a bit and then bud weight will pack on in the last weeks, especially the last two

its only 2 weeks into a 8-12 week ordeal, patience bro. Patience. It will stop growing upwards and producing leaves in 2 weeks, then it will grow big buds for the remainder.

well it's also not the most light proof setup..due to current low funds all i have blocking the light from the room is a heavy blanket..ive stood inside the grow space with lights out and the blanket up and theres no exact light leaks...more like a ambient glow from the light BARELY getting through the material...but its the whole blanket that kind of glows...not just exact spots...so i wasnt to concerned because its about the light a full moon puts off at night...

They flower better in complete darkness. If u can put up a piece of black plastic, even a couple cut open garbage bags would probaably do the trick.

ive also noticed when i take the blanket down when the lights go on theres almost a mildew like smell to the room though theres nothing in it but the plant....could this be the soil?

also im now 30 days into flowering and buds have made little improvement...im worried about them not filling in becasue its seems like theres only a budsite every inch down,about 5 per branch,and about 20 branches....its got thin leaves so i though sativa but it isnt really tall...in fact its really bushy....but at the same time it stayed small due to it growing most of the time in a small pot with a much bigger plant....it didnt have one center stem when put into budding it was like a foot tall with 3 main growth ends at the tip of three main stems...so could it just be a stunted sativa?
