I would suggest vegging with a 6500k light instead of 4200k. And as advised in earlier post, no nutes at this point.

You're really commenting on spectrum in this? The big elephant in the room has already been addressed, thank you. This needs more light, and op needed convincing on even that. Now op may spring the couple of bucks for some more lights. Don't limit them to only buying a certain spectrum, especially in cfls. Ive heard pretty much everything you know on spectrum is the opposite for flouro.

Holy moly, I have some of those seeds, I'd love to see mine turn out like yours. I heard it was a great strain, but yours looks spectacular.

This is not a boys vs girls, deal. He comes off a bit dickish, perhaps, but his advice in this case is good. You need better light for sure. The lights you indicated seem to be T8s which may be ok until you go to flower them, but you will be happier with more light, and so will the plants. Cannabis are some of the most light-loving plants extant on our pale blue dot, if you love them you'll light'em up.
Yeah I planned to get different lights for the flowering stage once it got closer to that point
