Not sure if it's normal... Better to check just in case I suppose

My plant is about 2 and a half weeks old.
Sprouted within 24 hours with paper towel method, then planted in soil.
Everything seemed to be going great, but then the bottom leaves started turning yellow, so I started looking for info. From what I read it seemed it might be a nitrogen deficiency, so I have been using organic fertilizer for the last couple days, and it has continued to get worse. I now have brown spots developing on the leaves.
The problem seems to be isolated to these lower leaves, everything higher up seems fine to me.

My setup is growing in soil under twelve 13w CFLs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can already see your Ph is off--- soil should be no more the 7 low 6's use some pete moss blend. to lower Ph. calcium lime to raise Ph in soil. No food for 3 weeks three weeks no food now start 1/4 strength recommended dose. Every other time. See how she reacts to the food and the amount 12 - 24 hours if not sooner. Food is the last thing you need to play with---killing with kindness. Learn about Flushing and Epsom salts on here as well as watering techs. If you are in there watering before the top of the soil or close to the whole thing should get dry---(it is small container)----over watering is another great way to kill a plant. (great drainage? Roots breath but dont like lite)
Get a couple of meters and play with those before you start feeding something that prob has the food in the soil already yet unaccessable due to Ph or H20 Alkalinity.
