Not sure if this belongs here

Not so much of a problem but a mystery to me. I've noticed on many of my grows that the lower buds that get less light seem to be frostier and they also seem to finish before the buds closer to the light.

Anyone care to comment on this?

I'm no expert at all but IMO it might be from them being more "Desperate" and clinging to life "tryning" to attract a male than the top colas who "feel" no danger geting all the light. Also might be more of a strain thing.
