the plants are a month old and this is the second week in a row i flushed the plants the first week was fine but this week one of the plants has yellow spots, fading color, and two leaves that where black and all dried the I touched it and the just crumbled. The difference I did this week was add more nutrients but still half of what the bottle recommends and it seemed to work because I noticed a huge increase in the stems just over night the other plant next to it is doing fine, the other thing that did happen during the flush is that the roots got tangled (it was just one root but I untangled it today I hope i didn't break it...it's been tangled since Saturday) Any input would help got some pics also...thanks

Note: the one that was smaller and weaker of the two is the one that bigger and better now

Don't add nutes, your best bet is to make sure your ph is right, maybe calibrate your ph meter, water down you soulution a bit and let them recover. I think you burned them whats your EC or ppm?.
Your roots will be fine but be more carful with them next time.

Take it slow, stressing your plant with to much nutes will only make the grow take longer.

Hope that helps

one more question I've been using the Flora Series and I didn't know I was supposed to add the florabloom also combined with the micro and gro should I add the bloom now or wait till the next flush which will be Sunday

You need to read the flora website to get the direction, I would have to say the bloom is added in the flowering stage and you would stop the gro at that point, not both at the same time?? Thats just a guess, never used flora nutes

I use the Flora series and you will note that for veg you add a greater amt of grow versus bloom, in flowering you add a greater amt of bloom than grow. Whichever cycle youre at you add both gro and bloom only in different quantities . For example for veg you add 3 parts gro, 2 parts micro, 1 part bloom. For flowering you add 1 part gro, 2 parts micro, 3 part bloom. per gal. I've also notice that that amt makes a very high ppm 1500 to 1600 so watch your ppm. I use this chart as a starting point. Hope this helps.

PPM for Hanna Chart PPM

Seedlings, Early Sprouts ..100 to 250
Early Vegging ......................300 to 400
Full Vegetation ....................450 to 700
Early Blooming ...................750 to 950
Full Mature Blooms ...........1000 to 1600
