Not sure what this is...

Plant is just now starting it's first real week after rooting. The leaves in the pics looked like this back when it was still rooting and I was just using ph'd water.

Conventional thinking says N deficiency since it's a yellowing of the leaves but I've never seen it only affect half a leaf or certain parts of the leaf. In some parts it stops at the veins and the rest of the leaf is fine.

I'm using the Fox Farm nute trio plus magi/cal and dutch master zone. All nutes I've used in a past grow without this happening. I used 1/4 strength nutes last week and today switched to full strength. The plant is growing well. PPM drops and I adjust any PH fluctuations as a result. Also, using distilled water in a 5 gal. dwc.

It's under a 400w MH and the light is about 16" above the top of the plant. The leaves get barely any heat. The room stays at around 65-67F. Water temp is in the same range.

The reason I don't think N deficiency is because the plant is growing well. No evidence of lockout.

Additionally, the newest growth seems to be getting the odd yellowing as well.

So what should I do? Flush it despite it appearing to feed normally? Do nothing?

Help appreciated:wink:

Will look into it on this forum some more. Most of what I'm seeing about it in Google searches and pics doesn't seem as symmetrical as what my plant is doing.

The search continues.
