Not sure what's going on with leaves

Hi My plants are going into week 5 of budding and have white markings on leaves. I'm Growing indoor tent .not sure what else to say I'm new to this. Feel free to ask any questions. Thank you for taking time to check my postIMG_20210919_112221.jpg

I read onions and garlic keeps them away..I just noticed the white on them yesterday I can't see good.. Will they kill my plants. I was told by a friend to take them outside and spray them with water..will that rune my buds?

If you don't eradicate them, they will kill your plants.

Your friend doesn't know what he's talking about.
Spraying water will not kill spider mites.
And yes..........spraying with water can cause bud rot and ruin your weed.........depending on how far along in flower they are.

I'm certainly no expert when it comes to bugs......lol.
The white spots on the leaves are a little different between spider mites and thrips.
