Not sure whats the problem

alright ill get some pH up then tomorrow. No i haven't sprayed the leaves at all yet, but i knew you could burn them like that so thats why when i watered them i would pour low into the pot, but i wasn't too sure, could have been some droplets from the cup when i went to water them. The scotts time release tablets are not what i used, it was the fertilizer but yes i already transplanted it out into some organic soil from a local hydroponics store. The plants were not even in the scotts soil for a full 24hrs.
