Nothing fun.

If you are caught with drug paraphernalia, marijuana flakes in a pocket, while you are a minor intoxicated, and given a Class C misdemeanor for all of that, what would all the punishments entail? and on a first offense no priors at all, not even speeding tickets.
and if you were already planning to move about a month after the court date would this hamper it?
Really appreciate answers.

Regardless of the info you get here, be sure to speak with a laywer. The money might seem like a lot, but even a misdemeanor can cripple job prospects.

I don't know how harsh the laws are there but you shouldn't get much. Maybe a fine and community service or something. They'll usually drop most charges and just give you a small punishment. They might give you the option to take a drug abuse class and drop charges. I'm pretty sure the marijuana flakes in pocket will be dismissed cause the paraphanelia charge is bad enough by itself. In my state having paraphenelia is worse than having up to 100 grams of weed. Try to leave your pipes at home

Your probably looking at some probation and some classes about not doing drugs, but it could be as little as a fine. Sometimes if you are on probation you can transfer it to another state, sometimes they wont let you move. It depends. talk to a lawyer, a real lawyer, like with a law degree from a law school, not some one on here or one of your buddies that has gotten arrested before. Most any lawyer will give you a free consultation and you can go from there. Legal council is allways worth the money. You could probably get someone to represent you on something like that for around $1,500.

Your a minor eh? What are you doing on an adult site??? anyways the class c charge is not too bad. Most jobs ask that you have no felonies.

I knew a guy who had 2 DUIs and one included a resisting arrest which made it much much worse than what ur facing. He was a minor and he moved when his dad was relocated. Just had to call in once a week.

Next time use your rights and don't get busted.
