I check em as soon as I see em.. I give likes for many reasons and hitting like usually lets the person you :liked: read their like and reply to the thread.. heck half the time I cant recall where and when I posted so a like brings me back to the original thread .
(I admit to hitting refresh after posting something I thought was clever waiting for the likes that never come)

i have to admit to doing the same, writing what i thought to be either a witty commnet or dropped some knowledge on someone, than when i go to new posts i look up at the notifications box just knowing i'm going to be getting least 5 new likes and not a one will come from it..

How many likes have you guys received at one time? One time not too long ago, I logged in for the day and had over 30 likes from the prior day. I was WOO HOO! It made me feel good.
