With a 1k watt light, 8 3gl pots in soil mix, organic nutes, inside 5x8x8.5 tent, what is your ideal dry weight??
With that set up I would say you'd get 16 ounces on up to maybe 453 grams. Good luck and welcome to RIUWith a 1k watt light, 8 3gl pots in soil mix, organic nutes, inside 5x8x8.5 tent, what is your ideal dry weight??
Wow!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! To be honest thats exactly what I should be focusing on... this is my 3 harvest in the same tent, and yet! have I yielded more then 21g‘s on a plant... I have gotten a lot better over the years but I still haven’t found my touch just yet! I kno what my mess ups are, just getting the kinks out!!!I can pull over a pound in a 4 x 4 with a 600 watt HPS. I don't know what kind of light you're using but one 1000 watt light isn't going to cover the entire 5 x 8 very well. If it's an LED calling itself a 1000 watt but actually only drawing 200 watts you'll definitely need more light.
Don't worry about what others are getting because if you're a novice grower as you say chances are you're not going to get the yields that seasoned growers get. Focus on a successful grow, keep your plants healthy, and harvest what you harvest.
