Both would make good flowering nutes. Ideally, you would want something with slightly higher N for the vegetative phase, but if that is all you have either would work.
What brand are they? As long as you use them properly, in the end, it probably isn't going to make much difference. If it were me, I'd probably go with the 2-2-4 though.
your 2-2-4 food is similar to the food i am using 5-4.6-9.6 for flowering yours is just less concentrated
not sure about the 2-10-5 , most foods i have seen would have the higher k ratio for flowering
i would go with the 2-2-4 it seems a pretty standard ratio for flowering
this is a common mistake
it is more about ratios , you will find most foods increase both p and k, for flowering while maintaining the same or slightly less nitrogen
the two most used hydro foods in the uk, canna and vitalink, use 2-2-4 for canna, and 5-4.6-9.6 for vitalink, these are virtually the same ratio's of npk, its just vitalink is more concentrated than canna
if you round off the decimal vitalink values you will get 5-5-10
as you can see both canna and vitallink have the same ratio of n and p with 2x the value of k for flowering
no the 2-2-4. but that depending if youre using any additives. also i was going to give a detail answer but the skunkdoc as covered it it is a common mistake...
Don't use epsom salt man. 90% of the time I've seen anyone use epsom salt it's ended badly. Check the back of the bottle they might even contain small amounts of calcium and magnesium. If not, you can pick up a small bottle of cal-mag for under $10 if you need to. A lot of time it isn't something you even really need at every feeding so even a smaller bottle will go a long way.
