This is why I am so disgusted with the cannabis grow industry. It's full of scammers, assholes, and lying ass salesmen. Screw them and the industry. I'm not paying $50 a seed, hundreds of dollars for nutes, or thousands of dollars for lights. It's one big money grab ripoff targeting naive growers that don't know any better.

Pure Bullshit is what it's become.

It's totally despicable. It's gotten worse since legalization has taken hold in America. Everyone and their brother is trying to grow and there are plenty of shysters out there to take their money. All the false claims. The light spectrum is better than the sun, a 150 watt LED replaces a 600 watt HPS, A damn pollen chuck F1 seed selling for $50, dirt cheap chemical salts mixed with water and put in a bottle with a fancy label selling for $20. It's a joke. But they aren't getting a dime from me. I use the same things to grow cannabis that I use for growing anything else with excellent results. You don't need cannabis specific anything. It's just another plant.

It sounds like the guy doesn't test anything before he markets it. He spent more money on advertising and outreach than he did making his products. Typical American company.

Surprised some one hasn't burned down their place with his lights.

No one has to pay any of those prices.. and people that don't do research first are asking to get fucked. I use quantum boards which were cheap and run ice cold and have been great lights.. $200 each for 250w (Kingbrite on alibaba... same exact as HLG's for WAY less money) And jacks 321 nutes.. $50 for like 2 years worth.. So it's not like people HAVE to pay insane prices.. they choose to which enables these scumbags.

BTW.. i pay $6-7 a seed and have had 100% germination and grown exactly what the seed guy said it was. I don't buy designer or specialty seeds though (Would kill for some laughing buddha or white cookies but places charge too much.. so i just don't buy em) :)

Just a matter of time when one does. Plus has anyone ever seen a complete grow by this master scammer not grower like he claims. I haven`t just a bunch of bullshit talk.

Being new on a site doesn't have any bearing on an individuals level of experience in growing. To add credence to the op original subject, I have also had several seed's from nukeheads that were males when I bought fem, and got almost word for word that same attitude from them. I agree that Herbie's is about the best way to go. At least I haven't had any problems yet. And even if I am new to this site, I have been growing for 40 years now, keep in mind that grower error is how growers learn.

They got me too (close to 2 years ago) lured by harder to find popular strains "in stock." Total SCAM. Seeds arrive in their own crap plastic pkging w/tiny hand labeling on top (barely legible). 150 bucks and none of those seeds germinated for me either. I tried everything & never had this many fails. Glad to find warnings here to avoid them. POS scammers. I've since moved on & read lots of reviews before I buy.

I realize this thread is old but your response deserves a response! NUKEHEADS are SCAMMERS!!! This guy "Cody" from NUKEHEADS goes to random farms and buys bulk TRASH seeds the farms dont even want and renames them whatever he thinks will sell! I 100% BELIEVE THE ORIGINAL POSTER and feel like YOU just may be an associate of cody or NUKEHEADS by your reply!!! It does not matter if the person is a "newbie" or "reputable member", his issues with his seeds is due to a DISHONEST BAD QUALITY SEED COMPANY RIPPING EVERYONE OFF! Go look on youtube at cody purchasing bulk crap seeds with his toddler daughter running around a recreational marijuana grow unsupervised while her dad sits and picks through junk seeds to rip off more unsuspecting customers! He has atleast 30 different strains in seed form in a tool box not individually packaged to where if anyone bumped into the toolbox all the strains would mix! When EVERY customer that purchase "FEMINIZED SEEDS" ends up with male plants, ITS THE COMPANIES FAULT!!!
He is a scammer! Nobody messed up or didnt know what they were doing and it doesnt have ANYTHING to do with a RIU members newbie or veteran status!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM NUKEHEADS AND ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM!!!!

When EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER has issues it is obviously a bit more than "user error"!!!!

Well said DoctorDoob i agree 100%, this post can be a old as it comes but it tells the truth about this scamming bunch. I have no doubt that Cody is still up to NO GOOD! I have heard about them from other groups too ripping people off then booting them like they did us all for complaining. HELLO SARAH, NO MY PAPER TOWEL HAS NO INK IN IT!! What a JOKE someone telling me that the seeds won`t open cause of the ink in my paper towel! So Kingrow1 we do not care what you have to say, for all we know your a NukeHead. Wait your time will come if you keep dealing with these scammers!

All you have to do is google search the reviews its obvious! There are a ton of fake positive reviews which is a bit odd that most of the positive reviews are from people with no pic (fake accounts created by the owner to look better) and almost every complaint all he does is ghost or block people. He charges for replacement seeds calling all his customers liars, and every single time a customer has an issue he argues about how there is no order number so they must have not purchased anything from him, or they must be new to growing, or they are so new to growing they stressed the fem seeds into turning into males lololol....

Sorry bro but when I was new to growing I made a order from herbies and all my plants grew just as the description stated and the buds on the plants were huge! My phantom cookies plant got so big and heavy it fell over on the light and it was some fire!!! When you have good genetics from the start it shouldnt matter if you are a newbie or seasoned professional grow master... The pleants grow themselves, you just feed them, supervise and enjoy!

I only looked into the company because this guy has been ripping off a buddy of mine that fell for his act. So I decided to google the guy and found a ton of dirt and this thread. So I figure I should warn anyone else. Just go with Bodhi or someone thats been around and look at grow journals of the strain so you know more about it and what to look for! Dont buy seeds from guys that dont even breed like NUKEHEADS LOLOLOL!!

Hey thanks for the help exposing these people DOCTORDOOB. They did exactly to me what you say about buying replacement seeds and said they had no order# till i sent them the ones i had for almost 300 bucks, yes i fell for them too when i first started back growing. Now they will do anything to stop a bad review. I had to proof to Trust Pilot and show them my receipts in order for them to post my review about them. Just goes to show you what lenght they will go thru to not have a bad review. So you are correct when you say they create fake accounts. I caught one of their moderators doing it in a group i belong too until i exposed him for who he was. Really has anyone seen a complete grow from NukeHeads? They claim they have great strains. Has anyone seen a grow by Cody himself? Master grower he claims he is lol lol. Funny too that out in Colorado where he lives they want nothing to do with him i know as my son lives out there. Trust Pilot is where we should do all the complaining too as Cody hates bad reviews on that site!

I got pulled in with their hype, and all their self generated great reviews. The laughing bhudda is meh, great buds but shitty weed, and I have yet to grow anything from them that did not turn hermie, and, no, it was not the growing conditions, because the other plants from other companies in the same tent were just fine.

And, it had nothing to do with my growing practices, I grew the hermies in the same tent I grew other plants, which turned out fine, luckily caught the hermie and chopped it before it messed with my other girls.
