Number of plants for no card?

South facing atrium would definitely enhance the dream aspect of any dream house...

I'm in the same situation as the OP, but 64 specifically states "(e) ASSISTING ANOTHER PERSON WHO IS TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER IN ANY OF THE ACTS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPHS (a) THROUGH (d) OF THIS SUBSECTION.". Section B covers growing, so it is saying that you are allowed to assist her in growing her plants.

Some lawyers are saying this means co-ops can be formed and are worried about large scale commercial grows being set up taking advantage of this. I would never recommend that, but honestly, if you only have 6 flowering and 12 total, you arent the person LEO would be looking for. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't even try to verify medical status on you with that as you should both be legal under 64

You'd better take a close look at the local laws regulating home grows if you want something like an atrium. There are some areas in Colorado where you'd be fully compliant and there are other areas where an atrium wouldn't be considered as a secured location by the local authorities.

Those lawyers should be so lucky. Then they could make a ton of money off all of the people being busted. Any sort of co-op idea won't have a chance after the state regulates this new industry to death by July 1st. In the same way that 1284 regulated caregivers out of existence, the 64 regulations will make sure that co-ops are excluded from the game.

Factor into this the additional plant count given by some doctors and this gets pretty confusing. Doc says I can have 24, so do I add that to the number of people over 21 at that address to come to the number of plants that it is legal to have?

I'm a med patient w another related med patient in the house, we get twelve, haha batman! Which is almost a little bit unmanageable, if you ask me.

Haha, atrium will be in the center of the house - picture a donut There will be no exposure to outside of house unless someone has a helicopter or something :/
